Peter Timmons is the President and one of the owners of T/R Financial Management Group, LLC ("T/R"). He is also the President of Lotus Investment Management, LLC ("LIM"). In addition, he is a Managing Member of Lotus Fund, LLC ("LF"). T/R is a registered investment advisor established in 1990. LIM is a registered commodity trading advisor and as such manages accounts in the commodities futures markets. LF operate or will operate as commodities pools. Mr. Timmons was a Vice President - Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer with Valcourt Building Services, L.C., Arlington, VA from 1987 through 1990. Mr. Timmons was also the General Manager of IVC, Washington, D.C. from 1986 through 1987; an Investment Broker with Wheat, First Securities, Vienna, VA from 1984 through 1985; and a consultant at the International Monetary Fund ("IMF"), Washington, D.C. from 1981 through 1983. His educational background includes a Bacalauréat in Economics from the Université de Nice, France, a B.A. in Philosophy from Randolph-Macon College in Virginia and an MBA in Finance and Investments from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Mr. Timmons started developing trading systems in 1973. In 1984, he started his career in investments facilitated by the advent of the personal computer and the power it brings to the analysis of investment markets. In 2002, he developed an option-writing system which up to now was the main focus of Lotus Fund.

Paul Kluskowski is an Investment Manager and Wealth Advisor with TR Financial Management Group. He focuses on providing wealth management and protection solutions for members of the nuclear power industry along with other high-net worth individuals and families. Together with his business partners and network of expert professionals, Paul helps affluent clients with the most important aspects of their financial lives: wealth preservation, tax mitigation, wealth transfer to heirs, asset protection and charitable giving.
Paul joined the financial services industry in 1999. Since that time, he has developed and honed his strategies for serving his clients’ best interests. Using a consultative and collaborative process, Paul develops a set of customized recommendations for each client’s unique needs. When working with Paul, investment management is only the beginning.

Paul spent four years with Morgan Stanley at the downtown Washington, DC office where he was a 3-time National Sales Award winner. He joined TR Financial in 2003 and became a partner in 2008. In his career, Paul has had the opportunity to successfully guide his clients through two significant bear markets. With an ever-alert eye on his accounts, market risk management and mitigation has become one of Paul’s specialties. Lastly, Paul has had a number of articles published in Working Money, Options Trader, and Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities magazines.
Paul has a passion for fostering abundance, sustainability and self-reliance in all aspects of life, not just financial. He is an avid vegetable gardener and supporter of the Driftless Organics CSA program. As a 25-year nuclear power veteran, including 8 years as a licensed operator, Paul is a proud member of the Professional Reactor Operators Society. He lives in a small Minnesota town with Lisa, his wife of more than 20 years, and their hound dog, Sammy.
Tim Hendel
Financial Advisor
Tim joined TR in 2011 as a Financial Advisor. A life-long resident of the Red Wing, Minnesota area, Tim has also been an Operator at Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant for over 30 years, many of those years as a licensed Reactor/Senior Reactor Operator. Tim has long had an interest in the markets and investing. Tim is an avid, scratch golfer and with his wife Cindy, has two children, Adam and Sarah.
